I saw the Welch line up perhaps three times ,one of which was at the Marquee Club ,but I don't recall them doing any Peter Green songs (I suppose it's possible that they did, but I dont recall it !)
I saw a later version of FM at Wembley Arena, in which there was a special part of the show where Billy Burnette and Rick Vito did a selection of Peter's classics,well done , but it didn't have the magic. The guitarist friend I was with walked out of the concert in disgust at this point ,but I stayed till the end.

Never liked Bob's versions of Green classics. I like a lot of Bob's songs, but he didn't have the stage personality that Green, Kirwan, Spencer and even Buckingham had. It's too sedate.
