For what it's worth...

Texas won on Jay Leno last night.... 3-2

The mascot threw them over to the winning side.

Yeah, he was hurt earlier in the first quarter. He went back to get x-rays and then went into the locker room. I don't think he's going to return.

Alabama is running the ball down their throat. With McCoy out this game will turn into a rout. The "real" national championship was Alabama over Florida in the SEC title game. If Texas played in the SEC they would have had two losses this year.

Texas just threw the game a way with a senseless pass and TD interception with just seconds left in the half. (Bonehead call says Lee Corso)

McCoy was hurt in the first series.
Texas fans can't blame the backup qb (Gilbert) for how he is playing. He is completely inexperienced and was just thrown into the national championship in the footsteps of McCoy.

Texas needs to put in Childs because Gilbert is not able to move the ball. The standard run, run, throw on 1, 2, 3 is too "by the book."

It's a lost cause and big time beat down for Texas. The "real" UT is Tennessee.
I spoke too soon. This game is going down to the last play!!!

Only for those who don't know anything about the University of Texas.

It was a good game-- I know Alabama fans are going to say that Texas fans are being sore losers when they say that they would have won with Colt, but it's kinda true.
Texas without Colt = Florida without Tebow. (minus the crying bit)
It's just not gonna happen.
Just sayin'.

EDIT to add: "God is in control of my life and I'm standing on His rock." Well said, Colt. I can't imagine how he feels right now, getting to only play four snaps in his last game as a Longhorn. Say what you will about him and how wimpy he is, but he's the real deal. (This coming from a split house family: Texas, A&M, and Tech.)

So if Colt wouldn't have gotten hurt, you're saying Texas would have won? Eh, I'm still pretty sure Bama would have won, but I guess we'll never really know.

Screw Alabama and screw Texas. I wish there were a way that Alabama could have lost too. Nick Saban is a piece of trash.
