Would rather have Rick Vito back in FM
All this talk about Sheryl Crow. I'd rather have Rick & Billy back. Then Christine would come back too!
If any other female were to be in FM, I'd rather see Bekka sing along side Stevie. Don't get me wrong. I love Sheryl to pieces but She's such a big star in her own right and if Stevie & Sheryl do something. It should be outside the band. I really loved the Behind the Mask. It was so awesome! Rick you rock! |

Speaking of which, what is your favorite live recording of Stand on the Rock (aside from August 25, 1990) for both performance energy & audio quality? |

Stand on the Rock
The only live performace I have of that song is from Manchester England. I have a copy of the "Next Stop Main road". I which I had the orginal silver pressing copy though. The one I have is a copy someone made for me.

Hi,
I agree, i would much prefer to have Rick & Billy back in the bank. My ideal line up would be; JM,MF,SN/BB,RV,BB But for any line up that tours again, please play different songs Julian |

I think I'd much rather see a sort of Time era reunion, sans Dave Mason and plus Rick Vito. I found Billy's work with Christine and his work with Bekka far more interesting than Rick's work with Stevie. I mean, Rick's great, but I'm a little biased.

Bekka likely would and could steal the show from La Nicks from a vocal stand point. Not so much with Crow.

I'm in total agreement there. Bekka has an awesome voice. I just don't think her voice would work well in tandem with Stevie's. I mean, she can do low and sultry when she wants, but she's really great at hitting high notes. Stevie on the other hand... not so much.

Still, I'd rather not have the two of them sharing a stage. If Stevie's not there, then it's less likely that her psychotic fans will be there. Lord knows the majority of them can't recognize or appreciate Bekka's talent. Not to say that all Stevie fans are psycho, but I've seen seen some real nutjobs. |

probably the main reason....oh what was it?....stevie's "psychotic, nutjob fans" didnt' appreciate bekka is because she was singing stevie's songs. well, that and the fact that she replaced her at all, but that can't be helped. but how quickly we forget that liddy and stevie sang station man, green manalishi, hypnotized etc. they have to get a start somewhere. anyway, i digress. my point is, i think with stevie singing stevie songs, and bekka singing bekka songs, it could work |
