The LIB fighting/hugging thing is...odd. Don't get me wrong, I love it...but odd.

Perhaps the song has taken on a "new" satirical meaning, similar to how Lindsey described Big Love on the Soundstage DVD. But I still say at the time it was written, at least lyrically, it was a serious song
