Lindseys Acoustic Countdown Version on ABC

Hey everyone!!

When I first heard this, I thought that it was pretty useless expecially since the studio version (also the leterman for that version) is sooo good. However, this has grown on me so much, I have started singing it and pretending to strum on my guitar!! lol

Is there anyone who might be able to help me out with telling me what chords he is using so I wouldn't look like such an idiot when people see me playing nothing? Possibly David you might be able to use your expertise here lol

It is tuned down two half steps. The verse is A maj, E maj, D maj, and E maj. The chorus is F# min, D maj, A maj, and E maj. So you tune it down and then play those chords, which means they actually sound two half steps lower than they normally would. Transposition is evil, don't let it get you!

I think i never heard that one before...I'm not a fan of the slick Abba-esque sound of the original. Loved that liveversion he did at letterman, but this one? Fantastic. I think this guy should be kicked out of his studio. THIS is how I love him the most. Going nuts while playing raw imperfect and putting the inside out.
