$3000 USD for her father's Swiss landscape that I would have loved to have. At least one zero too many for me!

So I'm NOT comparing Porter Wagoner(they guy who gave Dolly her start) to Christine, but I went to his estate sale(s), and for example, I got a framed award given to him, a stained glass lamp of his, a ceramic thing from his desk that he kept his glasses in, his radar detector!, an answering machine phone, that had all these condolence messages on it, from the day after he died. AND, two VHS home movies of Christmases at home, with them all laying around, watching movies and talking to the camera. I got ALL THAT for less than $100.

Y'all know Christine is my favorite...I'd EXPECT those kind of prices when Old Goatsy kicks the bucket, but I never dreamed Chris' stuff would bring those kind of prices.
Now it REALLLLY makes you start to think about what SN's stuff would sell for......I bet you couldn't get anything of hers for less than 5-10k.......

LB has kids to leave stuff to, but even then......who knows what, if anything, would go to an auction.

Stevie will leave all the good stuff to nieces and goddaughters. All her friends were smart to get her to be godmother to their daughters....

I'll bet that she doesn't. She's the ultimate narcissist, and thinks she's going to live forever. I'll bet she's TOTALLY unwilling to face her own demise.

What if they have already the cryogenic capsules? There would be Stevie concerts until the return of Halley's comet and beyond!

Well, they could decapitate and freeze her head now, and she would go on with business as usual.

That doesn't seem in line with the new RS interview, in which she says she doesn't want to live past 89 but expects to make it to 94 or 95.

I hope that karma doesn't allow that.

and curiously she says she will "hatefully" live to 94-5.

Been trying to decipher what she means... normally that would mean that she is basically going to live that long just for spite.

But does she have another intention in that statement...?

I think what she meant was, if she does live that long - it's not because she actually wants to. She knows it will not be fun or pleasant.
