which again, would lead to Mick trying to get a portion of seats in the front for his M&Gs. if his M&Gs don't come with seats, then all good, whoever wants to pay to listen to him rambling is welcome to! did we ever find out how many people bought those Mick m&gs without tickets at the fakewoods' tour?

One thing I'd pose is perhaps the evidence out there for Mick's concert attendance draw might not be reflective of his draw now. And it might not be his drumming that draws people but just the word Fleetwood next to Lindsey's name that gets an unusual ticket buyer to bite. Stevie from 2011-2012 wasn't playing full houses unless they were theatres or casinos. Then in 2016 she was playing the Verizon Center and MSG. Maybe Mick could do the 930 or the Howard Theatre nowadays bc of TikTok, American Horror Story, and wherever else Mac's been mainstreamed daily. |

Mick can try touring and see how he's faring. he definitely made a good business decision jumping on that train immediately and being subsequently featured in all tiktok commercials. so maybe Mac 4 tour without Stevie is something they could try, but after releasing an album first - so hey, they should work on it now since they are stuck at their homes anyway! otherwise, i guess they could do BuckVie part 2 under Fleetwood Mac moniker, but that's rehashing of the tour we already had, so unless they seriously shake up Mac and Buckvie setlists and add stuff like WATLs and Christine's deep cuts, personally i'd have not that much interest in it. that said, remember in 2018, Christine was going to show up as a special guest at some of the Lindsey solo dates, when he was planning solo gigs in between FM ones. either way, y'all are getting me off track here - we need Lindsey solo tour first for the new album, once when touring starts again!

And, I’m not worried about anything. Lindsey can play smaller venues as a solo artist, Mick can fall back on the blues...Everybody who wants to work can find a way to make a buck. However, I also get that playing a two hour show to 2500 people is the same amount of work as playing to 4000. Quote:

Mick Fleetwood on his own isn’t a huge draw. He doesn’t sing or write songs, he’s just a drummer. However, he has the “Fleetwood” name and Lindsey’s most critically acclaimed work was with the “Fleetwood” name. So, for Lindsey, including Mick Fleetwood means a bigger show. “Fleetwood Buckingham” would get much more attention than either the Mick Fleetwood Blues Band or Lindsey Buckingham.

Did Mick write the orchestral/horns part of Tusk or was that Lindsey?
I know Tusk is listed as written by Lindsey but I thought Mick wrote that horn part that comes in after the drum break |

Mick had the idea to add a brass band, but neither actually wrote the arrangement for the marching band. Neither read music.

If Mac ever did a farewell gig at the LA Coliseum, I'd go for sure just at the chance of the marching band joining for Tusk. I heard UCLA Band play Satisfaction before the Stones came on at Staples and it was freaking amazing. |

not sure whether you saw when Lindsey did a Q&A at USC several years back, and it ended with him and USC marching band doing Tusk and GYOW. USC dept that organized it put the whole thing on youtube, very bice recording and very cool gig.
