WHEN????
There's definitely nothing scheduled for July or August, with most release dates now being scheduled for September and October at the earliest! |

At this point, I would just be happy with an announcement of whether it was still going to be a 2020 release or not!

Seems to me he should release Blue Light during covidpocalypse and complete what must already be a post-Mac, post-heart attack album in-the-works for when he can tour.

Touring Behind an Album
I have often thought about this as well. LB is a throwback when it comes to promoting new music with a tour (versus a “ lounge act” approach). It seems logical that with the time made available during the pandemic, he would be making new music. He noted during his last tour/interviews that Blue Light would be a “pop” album (which being a fan of OOTC, I was thrilled to hear). It seems that a Pop album might be easier to tour behind if you are trying to cultivate a solo fan base. Any new music he may be working on may not be Pop-oriented. Either way, I am anxiously awaiting new music from LB.

Anyone else fantasizing that he and Christine are sending bits of music to each other during this time?

I want him to make some new solo music. Enough of those annoying FM people.

Now THAT would be a trick!
They release a single. Welch Turning Over In His Grave.

We are def on the same page that I want LB to start fresh but Chris needs him and it would really get Stevie’s goat.

Mitzo was the lone prophet to predict Blue Light would never be released.
