Autotune helps good singers more than it helps band singers
Autotune helps good singer - Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie, Sheryl Crow... and others... more than it helps bad singers.
I am a terrible singer but I have recorded nine tracks for an unreleased album. My second single Just Let Me Live (inspired by the song Say You Will) was initially autotuned to near perfect pitch by my producer, but I asked Eliot to wipe the autotune as I sounded like R2D2, or some robot. Live in Chicago is believed to be heavily autotuned (or similar tuning software brands) and it sounds ****ing fantastic. So, discuss the title of this thread. In reference to Stevie and the Mac. Me: Stevie Nicks: Discuss. |
