So wait--now you are saying the "sources" you are choosing to believe might not be telling the truth?

Does anyone have a magic 8 ball--maybe that can tell us what really happened?

I’ve been thinking Mick for a bit. Karen’s a possibility. But no way in hell is it Stevie unless someone else is just typing her words. Pretty sure she can barely function with a push button land line.

Ah yes, they! They told me. They said so. Who are they? Name your dang sources.

I feel like we’re one step away from “many people are saying...” territory

Sugar Mouse, the thing I don’t get is that you say Rick Turner was probably getting second or third hand information which was probably unreliable, but your second or third hand information is somehow rock solid?

Why engage this person who hasn’t even expressed knowledge or enthusiasm about the band?

I am going to block. I hope others do too.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Yeah. It's becoming obvious, this Sugar person is seeking attention and nothing more.

Huh? And I've posted a bunch on my favorite FM songs including Peter Green, Danny Kirwan, and Bob Welch songs. Did you miss those or are you just trying to be misleading because you and I have different views?

I think the TMZ guy hoped Mick would stop and elaborate, but no such luck.

I want the TMZ guy to ambush Lindsey!

Exactly!
Also your 'sources' close to Lindsey seem, but correct me if I am wrong, unsympathetic to firing almost as if he deserved it, but possibly this is your view of this information. Wouldn't sources close to Lindsey be pretty furious at the whole thing?

Again, they told me that Lindsey was pushing to move the tour until late 2019 and the band got fed up and fired him. I said nothing about whether they were sympathetic or not to Lindsey's plight. They were sad that it came to a parting of the ways and they said they understood both positions; the band's position that Lindsey had agreed to the tour and then changed his mind and pushed to move it back until next year and Lindsey's position that the band owed it to him to be very flexible with rescheduling dates.

Again, your sources are full of sh!t - claiming that Lindsey would demand that Fleetwood Mac wait nearly two years to tour again. No matter whose camp I was in, there's no way in hell I would understand such an insane proposition. If you take them at their alleged word, no questions asked, then it really is hopeless for anyone to further discuss this matter with you.
