It's an indian elephant on top of an oriental cushion on top of a tray of some sort. I'm actually lovin' it in all its flamboyance, I bet it's either from Mick or Stevie (or both, who knows?).

Oh I hadn't seen that, now that I enlarged it it's clearer. I love even more the flamboyant indian-elephant-on-a-cushion-on-a-tray birthday cake.

Maybe it's an Indian Restaurant, and that's a traditional Indian birthday cake.
Christine comes from Birmingham, and Birmingham is the Balti Curry capital
of the UK....

That cake kinda reminded me of that chair she has in her flat in London. I guess our stylish Christine has a really gaudy/kitsch taste.
So nice to see the whole band (presuming John's also there) together and (I hope) enjoying themselves.
