I was just thinking they could push the boat out and get Jeremy to join them in an opening act. Then I thought back- I quite recently asked Rick whether he'd ever do a joint tour with Jeremy- he said it was on the cards once but 'it didn't work out'. He said it as if they didn't get on or something.

no have them play !
they were band members keep it loose , and if it turns out that it was the farewell tour then be it it would be so cool

I know this is a crazy thought.... but what if we were to find out that the set list for this tour were completely different? That whatever "restrictions" there were on set lists over the last few tours didn't exist this time? I know, totally nuts, but a thought.

There are many great ideas in this thread. I would LOVE to hear at least 2 solo songs this time out. But, one has to be the acoustic version of Friend!

i love all different ideas. and every single setlist posted here would be so different and 100x better than the stale FM 5 setlist!

maybe you are right, considering a lot of band "politics" would probably go away if it's this particular 4 out of 5.

This is a fun thread. Its a pipe dream that I know will never happen though
I was surprised how traditional some of your set lists were. It was like you just removed Stevie songs from the set. I want to hear this pair in all their glory. Lets make this amazing opportunity count!!!
Here it goes:

World Turning
Think About Me
Second Hand News
Hold Me
Come a little bit closer
Loving Cup
Love Will Show Us How
Blue Letter
Brown Eyes
Tango in the Night
Isnt it midnight
Over and Over
Go Insane
Got a Hold on Me
Trouble
Why
Prove your love
Eyes of the World
Save Me a Place
You make loving fun
Go your own way

Encores:
Don't Stop
Never forget tonight
The smile I live for

sure, i hear you guys. so would Down on Rodeo. and In Our Own Time again. and Gone Too Far. and To Try For The Sun. and Rock Away Blind. and Gift of Screws. and Underground. and Turn It On. but i don't want to hear LB solo songs with FM. he can do those on solo tour. i want to hear his FM songs that we don't normally hear. i wanna hear his Tusk gems. and GOS1 gems that ended on the FM album. so Red Rover would be nice! and Murrow! i want to know how these might sound with Chris.

It's pretty amazing how a strong set can be made even without Stevie's material. I am a Stevie fan, but when you eliminate her songs there is still so much great material from Buckingham and McVie.

Set 1

01 - Say You Love Me
02 - The Chain
03 - Eyes Of The World
04 - Isn't It Midnight
05 - [New Song - Lindsey]
06 - Everywhere
07 - Second Hand News
08 - [New Song - Christine]
09 - Tango In The Night
10 - Oh Well, Part 1
11 - Over & Over
12 - The Ledge
13 - Think About Me
14 - What Makes You Think You're The One
15 - Brown Eyes
16 - Tusk

Set 2: Acoustic Set

17 - Big Love (Lindsey only)
18 - Go Insane (Lindsey only)
19 - Why (Full Band)
20 - [New Song - Christine] (Full Band)
21 - [New Song - Lindsey] (Full Band)
22 - Hold Me (Full Band)

Set 3

23 - Little Lies
24 - I'm So Afraid
25 - You Make Loving Fun
26 - Go Your Own Way

Set 4: Encore 1

27 - World Turning
28 - Don't Stop

Set 5: Encore 2 [Acoustic]

29 - Bleed To Love Her (Full Band)
30 - Songbird (Christine & Lindsey on guitar)

This is a pipe dream. A Fleetwood Mac tour will not be booked anywhere without Stevie Nicks
