Pretty sure we'll get Soldier's Angel.

Although I only voted for SB, I'd rather hear Twisted, as well

My bet is that the drop Stand Back for Soldier's Angel. Or maybe they will do both since they have to do the "hits".

Maybe "Soldiers Angel" will be the deep cut, taking the place of 2003's "Beautiful Child" or 2009's "Storms." If so, SOTM is probably not going to make it. I have a hard time imagining "Stand Back" being dropped; as I've said before, it really fills a niche that none of her other FM staples do.

Seems that most are predicting Soldier's Angel or Stand Back will be performed. I suppose both could be done, but I didn't include that possibility in the poll...

..or another song from In Your Dreams?

If you agree/disagree, please clarify.

I predict that both will be done, SB and SA. There's no way possible any other IYD song will be in a Mac set. Soldier's Angel will only make it because of the Lindsey appearance as well as how much she cares about the song and its meaning...I would be surprised to see Stand Back dropped, because like others have said - she needs that upbeat song in the set.

Twisted and Sorcerer. Both are technically BN songs.

We're going with "Stand Back" being the only solo song in the setlist. We'll later on look at some of the songs that had alot of votes to reconsider them, such as "Soldier's Angel".

I'm reopening this thread to get more opinions about whether you predict "Soldier's Angel" will be performed.

I don't suppose that they will drop it, too.
Though some other of Stevie's songs do fill the same niche - at least in my opinion.
I would prefer something like "If Anyone Falls" or "Gold" over "Stand back" - it's one of the very few FM/SN songs that I don't really enjoy anymore like I once used to (though I still like it).

My guess would be that they will play both "Stand Back" and "Soldier's Angel".

I love the latter one, though I would prefer "Annabel Lee" or "Moonlight" as a selection from "In Your Dreams" - but that won't happen, too. As others already have pointed out, Lindsey's involvement in "Soldier's Angel" makes this song possible - and nothing else.
But I love it, and I'm looking forward to it.

I say Stand Back is without a doubt in the set, and then possibly Soldier's Angel as well. I truly don't see Stevie dropping Stand Back from any set at this point. If they were an adventurous band and Stevie was looking for an uptempo "let loose" song to replace Stand Back, I would suggest Everybody Finds Out. But the unfortunate part of that is, 75% of the audience (at least) wouldn't know EFO, whereas I think most in attendance can bop along to Stand Back.

people here seem very convinced that SB will be done.

i have no doubt in my mind that SA will be done. i guess SB will be too.

if that happens, hope LB gets to do 2 solo songs too. (IOOT and TTWLG ) i can keep dreaming right?

I'll add Soldier's Angel to the predictions setlist.
