Rumours Tour - The Spectrum Philadelphia, PA 1977
I found this DVD in my case when looking for a Behind The Mask show to upload. Say You Love Me and Rhiannon are complete but The Chain is cut at the end and missing a few seconds of audio in the middle. I don't remember ever seeing this footage posted here or on Youtube but I could be wrong. I'm sure some folks haven't seen this so enjoy!

This ain't Philly! I bought this from a guy on the East Coast who said it was New York.
I think it's Long Island or Philly. Or Jezebel. Or Trent Lott.

I like how Rhiannon cuts out then resumes with the "taken by the sky" - whoever recording it was like, **** this, get to the good stuff.
Is this from the same show? If so, how come it's the only good quality clip? And actually, David, this was filmed in an alternate dimension in 1822. I can tell by the pixels in Stevie's hair. Surely you'd recognize the same pixels from portraits of Beethoven? |

This is a great find. It always surprised me how bad the lighting was on the Rumours Tour, all the footage that I have seen is so dark and there is hardly any spotlight to speak of. I guess their lighting director Curry Grant (?) was too busy trying to get into Christine knickers to focus on his job. Really sad. The only good footage is the stuff that was shot for TV. You would thing that the biggest selling band in the world would have a amazing light show. I am still hopeful that some good footage that can actually be seen will show up.

I just checked the original download folder and the date is 3/21/77 which according to fmlegacy.com (don't know how accurate their tour dates are) the Mac really played the Spectrum in Philly.

This is great, thanks for sharing!
Whatever the date was, it was definitely somewhere in March/April '77, I can tell by the round mic, her hair, and from having seen quite a few Stevie's in my time

The guy who filmed it thought it was in New York. It was only some folks I sent it to who thought they could hear one of the band say "Philadelphia" or something after one of the songs. I think Brian J. here thought he heard "Philadelphia." I forget where he heard it.
