On the subject of ordering from Amazon UK and issues of damaged products. I seem to remember quite a few ledgies ordering Tusk Deluxe from the UK and no one mentioned any trouble with packaging.
I'm just not sure those outside the UK got the digital downloads. I can't remember clearly but I think there was an issue with that (but I could be wrong ) |

I can live without more versions of those three... but I wouldn't mind if they included Brown Eyes and Hold Me.

That doesn't apply to the DVDs in the Fleetwood Mac box sets...they're region free. I ordered the Rumours super deluxe set and the DVD played without issue on my blu-ray player. Mirage is the same. |

Probablly a silly question but do you need a surround sound system to benefit from the dvd ?

And Sara. I would love live 1982 Sara on my iTunes. I have the two Tusk tour ones. I really wanted a Mirage tour Sara. |

To get the full benefit of the experience of the DVD you do but you will still hear the difference without it. |

If the DVD's have video (which I understand Mirage doesn't) it can be a guessing game. I've learned you can't trust the descriptions from online retailers. Some of the DVD's do have region codes that in the description say they don't. There are workarounds. Let us know how your Mirage set arrives. _____________________________________________ Amazon Someone asked about my albums being in shrink wrap. They were but after the package floated across the Atlantic, it didn't retain it's rectangular shape. So... I do like Amazon. But I've just had a good run of bad luck with Amazon U.K. Here's wishing everyone receives the deluxe set in good shape. _____________________________________________ Need to start a thread about the LP being mastered from digital copies of the master tapes or not. And where the vinyl is being pressed. |

Why do we have to buy the vinyl box set just to get the live CD? I don't have a turntable. Most people are either a CD or a vinyl person. This seems like a bit of a con. What am I going to do with the vinyl? It will just take up unnecessary storage space. They did exactly the same with the recent Tusk Deluxe Edition.
Not only that, but the vinyl contains the main album only and none of the bonus material. We should have a choice on what format to choose from. There should be a vinyl edition and a CD edition, and both should contain all the bonus material. Last edited by Andrew Smith; 05-23-2016 at 06:26 PM.. |

I know, but I like the idea of having the booklet. I'll probably scan the booklet so I can view it on my iPad, copy the CDs to my hard drive and then sell the box set.
