Wikipedia knows all!
Sara: "Nicks herself has said the song was once over 14 minutes long with many verses about each member of the band that were ultimately not used. Many different versions are avaliable on bootlegs."
The Chain: "The start of the studio version of this song has, in a very quiet whisper, the word "fack". This can only be heard on tracks released on CD. Because of the limited dynamic range, it is not audible on the original vinyl LP, cassette or 8-track releases." I've never heard that bit about Sara, and I vaguely remember hearing something about the "fack" at the beginning of The Chain. So.. does that version of Sara exist and can anyone else hear swearing at the beginning of The Chain?
