I am feeling a lot better after taking Ibuprofen and eating lunch. I had my huge crash this morning before breakfast and felt like **** before lunch -I'm thinking my blood sugar may be involved here....sh*t..I better get my ass to the doctor - I'm totally paranoid about Diabetes.

So I'm feeling much better...but wondering how I made it through 45 minutes of cardio plus abs this morning feeling like poo....

Anyway -have fun at the gym..I'm about to go on air
