Difference in Live Boston CD/DVD

The new Live in Boston comes in 2 different formats. One is the CD w/2 DVDs. The other is 2 DVDs with a bonus cd. Amazon has 2 different prices for them. What is the difference between the 2??? There is a difference of over $4 in price.

Any help would be thankful!
