![]() Do people still make these? I do. Mine are usually goals, rather than changing something about myself. I usually meet these goals, too, within then year. They give me something to strive for. Here are mine:
-To totally give up fast food. -To pass my NCLEX on the first try -To save money more instead of spending it on stuff I don't really need (ie alcohol ![]() -To meet more Ledgies. ![]() What are yours?

![]() Seriously though, the whole New Year's Resolution thing seems predestined to fail for me. I quit doing it a few years ago because it never worked. Of course, I set impossible goals for myself. Back in grade school, I promised myself I'd go a whole year without getting into trouble and winding up in the principal's or guidance counselor's office. That worked for about a month. ![]() But as a revision, Lux, do you think maybe you could dominate the U.S. instead, for obvious reasons? ![]() Hillary |

![]() About 10 years ago, I made a New Year's Resolution to NEVER EVER make New Year's Resolutions again. EVER.
So, I'm still keeping that one. See how that works??? ![]() |

![]() Of course, I'd love to ditch a few pounds (mainly those that are packed on top of my ass.) I'd be happy to lose 10.
I'm trying to be more grateful, less selfish and not so much of a bitch. Of course, that resolution hasn't worked for the last 29 years, but here's to lucky number 30! ![]() |
