Default What music do you like besides Fleetwood Mac?

This has probably been posted before, but I don't wanna go through 200 pages worth of posts to find it.

I like allot of other music. I like pretty much all rock/metal from the British invasion on up to modern rock and metal. I also like some blues, rap, and country.

Here's a list of my top 30 artists: http://www.last.fm/user/rockmetalrul...e_bandsartists. I forgot to put the Eagles. They'd rank somewhere around 18th.
If you want to look at more of musical likings, here's my last fm page: http://www.last.fm/user/rockmetalrules

FM is my 2nd most played artist overall, behind Stephen Stills.

I could list lots of artists, but I'll keep it brief and only name the few that really represent my musical tastes.

Aside from Stevie Nicks / Fleetwood Mac, I absolutely love:

Siouxsie & The Banshees
Depeche Mode
Madonna
Portishead
Concrete Blonde
The Black Keys
Fiona Apple
Regina Spektor
Kasabian
Coldplay

There are literally hundreds more, but I see little point in naming off lists of obscure artists. The ones above are the best of the best for me; the artists for which I must (and do) have everything. For what it's worth, there are 334 other singers/composers/bands in my iTunes folder, spanning 1164 LPs/EPs and a total of 7405 songs.

That's asking for trouble.

Some of my favorite artists off the top of my head, but certainly not the only people I listen too:

Backstreet Boys
Britney Spears (late 90's/early 00's)
Gavin DeGraw
Hanson
The Beatles
Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
The Eagles
John Denver
Dolly Parton
Kenny Loggins
Michael Jackson
Lana Del Rey

I hate to categorize into genres, but I guess to generalize, I mostly like soft-rock, folk, acoustic, and pop-rock sort of stuff. Not into anything too heavy really, no grunge or metal or anything of the like. I do like 80s dance music but not into current dance music or hip hop. And I have a soft spot for my nostalgic childhood popstars (late 90s stuff).

I find it hard to get into things like hardcore and most metal, but otherwise I'm pretty open genre-wise (I don't like everything in a certain genre though). Electronica doesn't interest me very often but now and then there's something.

Guided by Voices (my all-time favorite)
Richard & Linda Thompson/Fairport Convention/Sandy Denny
Byrds

Lots of others, too.
