DBH Music Series Presents Fleetwood Mac!

Taking a page out of rock n' roll's history book of music icons, DBH will be partnering with bands that span the spectrum from the great classics of all time to the hottest emerging musical artists today. Packed with tons of cool prizes and a chance for worldwide recognition, the DBH Music Series brings a whole new level to the world of t-shirt design contests. Hold on to your Wacom Tablets, cuz this is gonna be good!

To kick things off, DesignByHumans has teamed up with legendary supergroup Fleetwood Mac, one of rock's most enduring and influential bands, to create some fresh new tees for the band's upcoming "Unleashed" tour.

Submissions due by Nov. (I assume they meant Sunday) February 22, 2009 (Midnight PST) at Midnight! Good Luck!

Prizes
First Prize
$1500 cash, $200 DBH store credit, and 2 backstage passes to a Fleetwood Mac concert with an opportunity to meet the band

Second Prize
$1000 cash,$150 DBH store credit

Third Prize
$700 cash, $100 DBH Credit,

Fourth Prize
$500 cash, $100 DBH Credit

Fifth Prize
$500 cash

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but meeting the band is not guaranteed (check the fine print...says the legal assistant).

I have a design image but I can't download the placement image thing to show where the image goes on the shirt. Can someone help me out? I didn't use Illustrator or Photoshop, so it won't work.

Nope, not for realz realz.

Hey, I hope peeps don't get the wrong impression that FM is going to be selling their t-shirts as part of concert marketing or anything else. I hope peeps realize this is just a t-shirt company, that offers prizes to graphic designers for designing t-shirts, with a little buy-in by a band to use their name for light marketing of a contest.

Nevertheless, yep peeps could win 1) a place on the page for the company to showoff the winner's design, 2) knowledge that those running the contest make the $$$ by selling the winner's design on the company's t-shirts bought through the website, 3) top-prize money, 4) and a couple of tickets backstage (woohoo! I Love All Access! )
