I KNOW. I Can'lieve they're going to have a freaking 3 city tour. They are taking 2 months off for 3 shows. WTH. Which is why I'm confident there will be a few more. Really I wanted the tour to end in July, but IF they're doing this September thing, they BETTER include more dates and Buffalso better be one of them.

Well, I'd prefer Buffalo to Buffalso, but whatever

JK Hawkeye - I can't believe they've never played Darien Lake - perfect location, as it's between Rochester & Buffalo, plus relatively close to Canada, PA & Syracuse. Not that I love the venue, but hey, I'd take what I could get.

Paula

PS - anyone else thinking they'll throw in an AHI benefit in addition to the other September dates?

It's rumored AHI will be in December but who knows if that's true and whether or not it will be Fleetwood Mac or Stevie Nicks and Friends.

Ooh wouldn't it be cool if it was a Stevie Nicks show? I've been DYING to hear Edge of Seventeen, etc. again.

Ah, but maybe FM will BE some of Stevie's friends...barring some big, new blowout! Then we could have the best of all worlds.

I know dear - i feel the same way. I've been trying to plot how to get to those Santa Barbara casino shows....But, i have to say, they kinda look like they need the break. Well, everyone but Linds.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I think it's time for them to get off the road and get some rest. Then get back in the studio of course. I just think this is all beginning to take its toll on the band, especially Stevie, it seems from recent reviews.

I would rather them end the tour while they're still having a good time, that way they will be even more eager to get back in the studio and then back on the road in a couple of years. I do find it odd that they're coming back on the road to play 3 dates in Atlantic City, Camden, and Michigan.

No, they need rest IMO.

I don't find it all that odd because like I said, I think someone over at Clear Channel wants to make sure they get as much as they can considering they cancelled two shows. With the two California shows and the Atlantic City show, no doubt that got a serious advance to play so I think they already know what they're making. As far as Michigan is concerned, your guess is as good as mine

Liddy has just said that he wants to take his kids to Disneyland before school starts at the end of August, that's why I think the 3 dates are in September, when the kiddies are in school.

What do you mean the tour is taking a big toll on Stevie? I saw her at the beginning of this summer leg (in May) so I really wouldn't know. I see her again in September so I assume they will all have renewed energy and be excited to be back on stage after a few months!
