how to post pics

Can someone tell me how to put pictures on?? I have some Great pictures of the Stones..Our Lady Peace .Tragically Hip and Maroon 5 from recent concert I worked but don;t know how to post them..?

If you have the url of your pictures then you can just use the "insert image" button right above your new message.

The code will look something like this:[ IMG ]http://www.examplepicture.jpg[ /IMG ]
