Arrow FM/Stevie purses made out of records

Just found this website. I saw the Belladonna purse at a gas station gift shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico back in June. They wanted $75 and I almost bought it because I thought it was super rare. Yeah, here they are for $48.

Here is another place with FM and Stevie purses.

You saw one in Albuquerque !?!

Those are cool!!! I don't think I'd spend that much money on them, but they're cool nonetheless.

Ooo I really like the Bella Donna one!

What's really weird it that I was about to attempt to make my own Stevie bag, but I might just get one of these instead.

Thanks Christy

Are they sealed and protected? Cardboard products don't do well in wet situations.

Thanks for the link! They are cool to look at.

Deanna....my mom and I were on our way to the Route 66 Casino there and the purse was in the gas station right next door. I was like "OMG! Is this rare?! Should I get it?" and my mom was like "It's 75 bucks, Christy, I don't think you need it."

Glad I checked the net to see what they were going for. Sharon, were you going to make one out of records? I'd like to have something similar, but I'd have to shop around.

Yet, ANOTHER place and they have Bare Trees and MTM.

I believe they are. I remember the Stevie purse I looked at was sealed and riveted.

Thumbs down Oh Jesus No!

As a very overly serious and massively anal record collector this is like extreme blasphemy to me . *gasp* *THUD* *croak*

The first two are the front and back of my record purse, and the other two is the front and back of just another FM purse I have.

Jessica--I have the Rolling Stones purse too!! I just love it and have it hanging on the wall by my Rumours clock and my Stevie Mirror....I have a tendency to keep it turned to the 77 cover.Have you seen the patchwork purses?? Those are kind of cool too.

Thanks guys for the compliments!

I use mine for school, so of course I get comments from teachers and from students. My friends love giving me ****. Especially when I have on a Mac shirt and my purse and I normally wear my moon pendant. Ahhh, they get a big kick out of how obsessed I am.

I got the Rolling Stone bag off eBay. Ahhh, the stuff that you can find there.

**drools** OMG - AWESOME purses, Jessica!!!

I didn't have cool FM stuff when I was in HS - instead I just doodled a lot - and one teacher in particular used to make fun of me for loving FM and Paul McCartney - then I saw that same teacher at a SYW show in El Paso

Anyway, back to the topic at hand - I want a Fleetwood Mac or Stevie Nicks purse!!
