I pretty much do not as well. I have the cucumber salad which has this crabmeat on it - but I am unsure if that is raw. Then, I only like California rolls and Crunchee rolls, neither of which (I think) have raw fish.

Didn't care for the squid sushi.

This is actually my latest endeavor; cooking Japanese. I even plan to attempt my own sushi.

I know...I actually mainly eat that and cali rolls. Oh, and the ones with deep fried shrimp in the middle. I've had some of the raw fish ones - they didn't taste bad, but the texture turned me off.

Yeah, Unagi is the barbequed eel. Isn't it tender and scrumptious?

My BF used to make sushi sometimes, it turned out well and was pretty easy. You just have to have the rice roller thingy. But perhaps you meant other japanese food...anyway, i'm sure it will be delish...
