no, it's quite different. Kristen's is very long and skinny. The one Stevie wears/gifts is thicker and smaller.

I saw the preview trailor for National Lampoons Vacation sequel this weekend. Christina Applegate plays the mother and she is clearly wearing the gold necklace that Stevie gave her when she filmed Up All Night.
