Did Javier ever release those Fritz songs?

Sorry if this has already has been covered, but I don't think Javier released those Fritz songs, right? He should... somehow I got a hold of an 11 minute live Fritz song and that got me thinking.

I don't think so, & I've been wanting to hear In the Dawn in its entirety.

I played it for a large group of people at 24-Hour Fitness & it made them all add ten pounds of weight to their bench press.

I wonder how we could get him to release them? I kind of thought we could, I dunno, "raise money" for him to get it on CD.
