in this day and age of kissing the ass (And worshiping the ass...) of celebrities I am also surprised she received any time. I guess if you have the money you can ALMOST get away with anything nowadays (Right O.J.???)

Free Martha!
I think it's bull**** that she got anytime at all!
Considering those fools in the White House have done the SAME EXACT THING (insider trading) and gotten TONS more money out of the deal, and what's going to happen to them? NOTHING. It was a trumped up charge and they used Martha as a scapegoat; come on, she's the "celebrity" people love to hate. |

I don't think she should serve any jail time. She was wrong, but she's not a violent criminal, nor is she a threat to anyone's life or safety. Our jails are overcrowded as it is. I think she should have gotten community service, a fine, and probation.

Well...
she will have it easy since Federal prisons are nothing more than glorified "Country Clubs", For convicts.
