Default Christine's solo album from the 1980's

Am I the only one who swears they can hear Stevie singing backup on a lot of songs? Is she on the album at all, because I know she isn't credited, but I swear I can hear her on a bunch of songs.

Also, I just have to say I love the Challenge!!!! Best Christine song ever!!!!

I think you're the only one who can hear Stevie Nicks on this album. Stevie had absolutely nothing to do with this album. However even better, Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Lindsey Buckingham & Mick Fleetwood are on the album.

That's just really strange. I swear I hear her on every song. Maybe one of Christine's band members had a similar sounding voice?

It escapes me, but what is the word for hearing voices that aren't there?

I've never thought I've heard Stevie, but Lindsey is very audible in portions.

That's because he is on the album. You can easily hear him on backing vocals on "Who's Dreamin' This Dream". That's one of the reasons I love that song so much.

And, of course, let's not forget his guitar solo on "The Smile I Live For", too.

You do hear a Stevie like voice. Christine does this on In the Meantime as well. Listen to the harmonies on So Sincere. A friend that didn't know anything about FMac said the same thing.

I hear her on LB albums and she's not on there. Both CM and LB know how to manipulate voices by speeding up the track.

I'm DYING to make a barnyard animal joke here, but I'll take the high road.

That kind of restraint is admirable.

The only song on the '84 solo album that KIND OF sounds like Stevie's in the harmonies, for me, is "So Excited." Other than that, I don't hear it. For that matter, I think this albums sound quite different than anything she did with Fleetwood Mac, but in a great way.
