![]() 36 years ago, Christine was on her first tour as a member of Fleetwood Mac. Here are a few tracks & an interview from this tour, probably the first week of the tour.
This is a fairly short, informal backstage interview with a fan after the 8/6/70 show in San Francisco. She has some pretty funny things to say about Stan Webb & Chicken Shack. http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.ph...r_99@yahoo.com This is "I'd Rather Go Blind" from the 8/7/70 show, also in San Francisco. http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.ph...r_99@yahoo.com This is "Spare Me A Little Of Your Love" also from the 8/7/70 show. This is a very early version of the song, with a much blusier arrangement than later on. http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.ph...DEA4226E5B4BD7 Last edited by macfan 57; 08-19-2006 at 03:00 PM.. |

![]() Great stuff! Thanks Mary Anne!
Sounds as if she is playing a Rhodes on "Go Blind." Are there just two chords to that song? A & Bm7?

![]() I'm not sure about the chords, but she is definitely playing the Rhodes Electric Piano. If you listen to the Kiln House bootlegs & the Madison Blues box set, you can hear that's all she played on that tour. There's no organ, grand piano...just the soft Rhodes piano. I love her keyboard playing on that tour.

![]() That I don't know. I don't have any pictures of her playing on that tour, but I always just assumed that it was the Rhodes piano because it was so soft. Here are a few pictures of her playing on the BBC just after the Kiln House tour ended.
