Default Album singles and promotion.

I only recently became a Stevie fan, so this may be the case for previous albums, but...

What is the situation with the singles from 24 Karat?

If these 2 singles have only been digital singles, will there even be a proper single, with a radio edit, promo copies etc.

We think they only shot 1 music video (if you can call it that), so why did they release it so late after Lady was released, when all the interest has died down?

And why not do a music video for an actual singe, instead of just a digital one?

As you can tell, I'm quite confused by the situation, wondering if anyone could enlighten me...

Reprise is cheap and Stevie is a legacy artist.

None of really know the answers, but I'm betting there will be no physical singles, promo or otherwise.

I agree. They dont give a rats a$$ about older artists Plus they like hording their cash too.Its not like the old days with record store banners, posters and pushing artists music at radio stations.

Even she mentioned the artist got to do some of their own footwork selling their music.

I will be surprise if her 24K CD makes it to radio station. They completely ignored IYD .Atlease in my area.

luckily she doesn't read the internet so she'll never see the reviews for the video.....or she'd probably just stop making them

I'm glad she doesn't very wise!! Still she seems thick skinned and like she can cope with criticism - there is always those heavy boots and a tambourine to bash over their heads, as she shouts "I don't care!!"

Hahahahaha!!! Your post made me think of THIS clip from "Adventure Time"! This is what Stevie should be doing to the critics!
