Hohan in car accident with papparazzo

A vehicle transporting Lindsay Lohan early Sunday morning was involved in a collision with a paparazzo.

The Los Angeles Police Department tells ET that an ambulance was called out to the scene of the accident and treated the man but did not transport him anywhere.

A police report was taken and there will be an ongoing investigation into the collision.

Just last week, the actress tweeted her New Year's resolution, writing: "2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!? "
