Fleetwood Mac did release their recording before Curtis Brothers did. Hence to me, it's a Fleetwood Mac song. End of discussion.

I would say it's a Stevie Nicks song. Stand Back is on Lead Vocalist by Rod Stewart. It's not a Rod Stewart solo song, it's a Stevie Nicks song
