During Christine's 1984 solo tour she opened the show with "Alright Detroit" which would have been fine but she was in Pittsburgh. She apologized the rest of the show for that.

I'm not a big SN fan at the moment, but I can certainly forgive this type of flub. It's not like she said, "Good evening, Budokan," or something way out in left field. She was in the ballpark!
