I'm wondering if I should bump up my food intake a little bit. I've been holding steady for weeks now, but I've been exercising more so I'd hoped to start losing again slowly. I know that at a certain point, your body will store fat if you deplete too many calories. I'm taking in between 1200 - 1500 calories a day (between 23 & 25 WW points), but I'm also burning between 300 - 400 calories a day, 5 days a week through exercise.
I'll have to PM Theresa to ask more about activity points. A few years ago, WW didn't take activity into account, but they do now. I follow the older method, so maybe I need to update.
Anyway. I haven't gained & I'm excited to say that it's been a year this month since I got the eliptical - still using it regularly, still loving it. I usually get bored with exercise, but not this time.
