When it comes to amps you're looking at anything between $100 and well over $2,000! I suggest you go to a shop with the largest(acoustic) amp range with your guitar in-hand and try out the ones that fall within your price range. If you're gonna spend say between $200 and $400, then I suggest you find one around the $400 mark and just try to haggle the price down with the guy! Differences in amp quality make HUGE differences in your sound (although main tone of course comes from yourself), so it's a good idea to spend as much as you possibly can on a good amp.
By the way, what's the exact model of your guitar?
