Well, that's a bit ambiguous.. he doesn't say "I played nearly all the instruments on "Oh Well" Part 2" but he is responding to a question about Part 2.

He's certainly talking only about Part 2 with that answer. Unlike Part 2, "Oh Well Part 1" was a regular part of their live show as I'm sure you know.
