Sonically, it reminds me of the stuff from that era. We'll know if in a few weeks when we see who it was produced by or if John and Mick are on it. Plus we have this thread showing it being registered the same time as some EP and BuckVie tracks:

That's not to say he didn't go back and change/add lyrics, but I think this one has been in the can for 6 years and he just wants to get it out there.
