To anybody that has read the book... does CAH specify exactly when they entered into the relationship for real, and does she at one point even allude to Lindsey being unfaithful to her?

That's why I am asking. Because to their own admission, stuff kept going even after they had 'broken up', for quite some time. Stevie talks about them maybe finally being over in a journal entry dated August 1977, saying 'it's sad to see good love go bad'. Then there's the infamous Rolling Stone photoshoot that took place at the beginning of 1977, where they apparantly spent some time in that bed making out. Or Stevie saying that even during the recording of Rumours they were enough together that he would still come up to her condo and sleep with her. And let's not forget Lindsey's songs on Tusk. Then there's the Mirage era, where all the bitterness seemed gone for a while and a few reports came in about them at least 'shagging up'. And both of their admissions regarding the 1987 departure, how Stevie said that was really the end of Stevie and Lindsey and Lindsey saying part of the reason he had to leave was because he still hadn't managed to get closure regarding Stevie.
I mean, it's all nice and sweet, Carol Ann, but there are so many things contradicting what you are claiming.
