So it's not dishonest for them to say they were unhappy but they just are fudging language to not say that the reason THEY were unhappy was because SN was unhappy with LB. It's my suspicion that this is exactly how it will read when the full story comes out. It was a bad time for Stevie and Lindsey, "people" were deeply unhappy (gotta keep it vague!), and the band made this "very difficult" decision. But, we shall see!
