Haven't been posting much lately so I missed this.
Sorry to hear you had some similar problems as I
have had with them.
I have to admit even in the good ole' USA you can't
always depend on Amazon anymore. I would say
about half my packages aren't packaged well anymore.
The packaging material they used for my most recent
order matched what Melody Gardot's wearing on the
cover of her newest release. Nothing at all.
