I only know of two others. One was from the Chicago show during the REO Speedwagon/Pat Benatar tour, and the other was from an event for Gibson guitars in Nashville.
Outtake wise, I don't know of any, however there's the "Soccer Rocks The Globe" version of "Blow By Blow" as well as Deborah Allen's 1994 version of "Talkin' To My Heart" and Delaney Bramlett's 1975 version of "Nothing Without You."
