That's hardly the same.
I never saw the movie, so I'm not sure how it "spat in the face" of Pearl Harbor. I don't think if a movie is made of a true event, and the movie happens to suck, it's being dissrespectful. That would only be true if they set out with the intention of it sucking, or turned it into a comedy. I feel the same is true for the 911 movies. It's not like they made a movie called "911, a musical journey" in the style of the Naked Gun movies.
