Hence, Go Insane and Stand Back should count. Unless you go with "new". And even then, for the sake of argument, The Very Best of FM came out before Bass Hall CD - and these are only CDs where acoustic Go Insane is available.
What about Love Minus Zero/No Limit?
It is an extra... And although Dylan's, you did count Blue Letter and Seven Wonders as Lindsey and Stevie songs, correct?
