I've used ticketfast too and it's very convenient when buying directly from ticketmaster. I'd be pretty nervous about buying a ticketfast ticket on ebay, however. Ticketmaster sends the ticketfast ticket in an email and you can print as many copies as you want - but once the first is scanned in at the event, other copies won't be accepted. A dishonest seller could easily sell multiple copies of the same ticket, and you wouldn't know until you got there.
