Once again, know your **** before jumping into such a conversation. Partial-birth abortions are illegal in many states. The states that allow them have sole discretion as to when and why they are performed. They are only performed when the life of the mother is in jeopardy.
The doctor and the state have sole discretion. Please do not confuse abortions with partial birth abortions because it makes you look idiotic.
And I'm still waiting for you to read the UN Charter and for you to define self defense.
