he was on TV all my life~ from bandstand to new year's rockin' eve, from pyramid to practical jokers, hollywood squares & the american music awards~ & who knows how many other countless music & tv shows he had his hands in~
the news mentioned how many kids were babysat by dick clark on new year's eve, kids pasted in front of the TV while their parents partied, i was one of those kids in the 70's
~ & now that i'm a parent, of course we turned on his new yrs show every year as well~ just to see dick, even if only at the end~
he will be missed dearly, he was the oldest teenager
