Others play the artist's material only if the artist himself does not perform. So Stevie may invite a guest to play with her, but she will be the main performer. It won't be a tribute to her as in the case, say, of Linda Ronstadt, who did not perform herself.
As Stevie said, she'll perform one to three songs. That's standard.
