You're right. I know where you are coming from; I always feel as though I must defend my party, although they (we?) are not perfect by any means.
But I would rather converse with someone who disagrees with me than someone who does not care about their country's leadership, issues, etc at all.
And don't ever be discouraged from posting your views.
