But you'd still like that 3-4 song ep of new material?

....Your point is exactly why "new music and deep cuts is too much to ask of the audience".

Do the new music, but please...Play Gypsy with the 15 minute intro for me just one more time, the last ten years of touring wasn't enough.

It's like asking the waitress to go down the salad dressing list, asking for one on the side, knowing the entire time you had no intention of even using the salad dressing in the first place.
LOL maybe I didn't phrase it well. I do think playing 3-4 new songs AND several deep cuts might be too much for a tour introducing Neil and Mike to the audience. They should do one or the other, not both. I didn't like any of the new songs on the Dance, only liked 4 songs from Say You Will, and only one song from the EP. Actually, I'm not a big fan of Mirage or Tango, either. But I love Behind the Mask, plus As Long As You Follow, No Questions Asked, Love Shines, and Heart of Stone. Because of this, I am more interested in hearing new music from this version of FM than if Lindsey was still in the band. This is something I didn't realize until just now, actually.

I didn't say anything about Gypsy, and I never knew about a 15 minute opening to it.

So...I'd like 3-4 new songs... but only from this lineup...
But I'd rather hear them perform deep cuts first...
But I have no interest hearing Temporary One, Sweet Girl, Bleed to Love Her, My Little Demon, or anything else post Tango unless it's from the BTM era...
But yeah, I'd still like that 3-4 song EP of new material from the current lineup.
